September is often the time of year to reset, come back to a routine and set some goals for the last stretch of the year. If you are looking for a new challenge, Flex & Flow is an opportunity to create a morning practice, connecting to your body & your breath.

Every morning you’ll receive an email in your inbox with a video of gentle movements to increase your strength, flexibility and connect with your breath. These will take just a few minutes so you can fit them around your day!

We will start at our toes and work all the way up the body to the neck & shoulders! We will build on the daily movements with several flows and a meditation, taking time to notice any sensations and what comes up for us; focusing inwards to get to know ourselves better.

Let’s slow things down, bring awareness to our bodies and find some stillness in our minds 😌
